Who we are

Allez7 is run by Artur Muszyński, as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland:

1. What Allez7 is

Allez7 offers free tools to prepare for the TEF Canada French test: a writing grader, a score calculator, guides and practice prompts. It is an independent study resource, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CCI Paris Île-de-France, which owns the TEF and TEF Canada trademarks, or to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

All practice content on Allez7 is original. It is not taken from real TEF exams.

2. AI grades are estimates

The writing grader uses AI models to score your text against the TEF writing criteria, and our code converts those scores into an estimated NCLC level. The result is an estimate for practice. It is not an official TEF result, it is not issued or recognised by CCI Paris Île-de-France or IRCC, and it can be wrong.

We do not guarantee that you will reach any score or NCLC level in the real exam, or any outcome in an immigration application. Information about IRCC rules and CRS points is provided for convenience, is not legal advice and can become outdated: always check IRCC’s website.

3. Free use and limits

The tools are free. To keep them free we limit their use, for example to two free writing gradings per browser and a daily number of attempts per connection, and we may change these limits. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time, for example when the AI grader is unavailable.

4. Waitlist and founding price

The paid plans shown on the site are not available yet. Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. We take no payment and never ask for card details for the waitlist.

If you join the waitlist, we will offer you the founding-member price you chose when the paid plans launch, locked in for as long as you keep that plan without interruption. Paid plans will have their own terms, shown before you buy, and you will keep your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

5. Acceptable use

When you use Allez7, you agree not to:

• submit text that is not your own answer to a practice task, or that contains personal information about other people;
• submit unlawful, hateful or harmful content, or content you have no right to use;
• try to get around the free limits, the rate limits or the bot protection, or to make the AI do anything other than grade your text, for example with hidden instructions;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site or the grader, except search engines indexing public pages;
• copy, resell or republish the service or its content without our written permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the site.

We may refuse a submission and temporarily block access when these rules are broken.

6. Your texts

You keep all rights in the texts you submit. You allow us to process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to grade them and show you the result. We do not store your texts in our database (see the privacy policy).

7. Our content

The site and its texts, prompts, sample questions and design belong to Allez7. You may use them for your own study. Any other use, such as copying them into another product or course, needs our written permission.

8. Liability

Allez7 is provided free of charge, as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we cannot promise that it will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on an estimate from the site, such as booking or skipping an exam or filing an immigration application. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for damage caused intentionally, any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add new features. We will change the date at the top of this page; the version in force when you use the site applies. If you do not agree with new terms, please stop using the site.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country or of Poland.
